3. Photos, Likeness & 3D Models

3D Figs is centered around transforming your photos into custom 3D figurines. When you upload or capture an image:

• We store and process the image to generate 3D mockups;
• We may create internal 3D models and related assets solely for the purpose of producing your product;
• We may share your image and 3D model with our Partner Printer Network
  only as needed to manufacture and ship your figurine.

We do not sell your photos or likeness, and we will not publicly display your figurine or likeness for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.
